State of art technologies

Cemstron combines the expertise and field-proven technologies with the most rugged sample conditioning and extraction systems in the industry to provide superior measurement accuracy and repeatability. Designed in consideration of CEM regulations as specified in clean air laws around the world, we help you meet data reporting requirements, maintain emissions compliance, and ensures certification and compliance with your local and international regulatory agencies.

Each monitoring system is guaranteed to meet or exceed applicable We have integrated systems using dilution extractive, hot/wet, and insitu, Ex-situ methodologies. These systems have been installed on a variety of processes and applications, including combustion turbines, coal fired boiler economizer outlets, SCR inlet and outlet, high velocity, inlet and outlet add-on emissions controls).

Examples of systems installed include:

  • Coal and Fuel Fired Boilers
  • Simple Cycle and Combined Cycle Combustion Turbines
  • Cement Kilns
  • Refineries

System Features:

  • All equipment is easily accessible via slide out instrument racks or panels. (Troubleshooting can be conducted on gas analyzers without disconnecting system tubing or signal wiring)
  • One year warranty on non-consumable system components
  • Rigorous functionality tests are completed at the factory with ALL system components (umbilicals, probes, cal gas regulators, etc) before shipping to customer site
  • Design features offer simplistic installation and system startups
  • System tubing and wiring clearly labeled to match system diagrams for easy troubleshooting
  • All system components used are industry proven for years of accurate, reliable trouble free operation
  • Multiple system sensors to alarm customer when malfunction occurs
  • Extra measurement parameters easily be installed (added gas monitors, etc)
  • Guaranteed to meet or exceed 40CFR, Part 60 and 75 Performance Specifications
